How can hypertension and obesity be prevented?
The DASH diet is a healthy- eating plan
designed to help treat or help high blood pressure (hypertension). The DASH
diet includes foods that are rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium. These
nutrients help control blood pressure. The diet limits foods that are high in
sodium, impregnated fat and added sugars. Nonpharmacologic interventions,
including weight reduction, a low ‐ fat
diet, and increased physical exertion, have a primary part in the treatment of
hypertension. Weight reduction should be addressed with every fat or fat
hypertensive case. The American Heart Association advocates for surgery to help
treat rotundity- related hypertension, especially if you have another
affiliated condition or a BMI over 40. Their review of studies showed that high
blood pressure was fully resolved in 63 percent of people who had metabolic surgery.
Rotundity- associated arterial hypertension is
characterized by activation of the sympathetic nervous
system, activation of the renin- angiotensin system, and sodium retention,
among other abnormalities. In this review, the following 3 angles of the
rotundity/ hypertension nexus will be bandied the implicit mechanisms by which
rotundity can lead to elevated arterial pressure, the commerce of rotundity
with the sequelae of hypertension, and the curatives that are believed to
optimally treat rotundity- related hypertension.
